Important Notes on Holiday Shipping
*** While we offer free shipping on all orders of $20 or more year round, please upgrade your shipping method according to our schedule above to get your order in time for holiday giving.***
Upgraded shipping expedites the order processing, engraving and handling time at Swiss Knife Shop, as well as the carrier's delivery time. We ship orders in the order in which they were received, and our processing times may be a bit longer than usual during the holidays due to high volume, but orders placed according to the schedule above will reach you in time for December 24th.
Orders not upgraded according to the shipping schedule above may arrive on time, but are not guaranteed for delivery by Christmas.
Please order as early as you can, and please be sure to follow the Holiday Shipping Guidelines above to give your gifts the best shot at arriving in time for Christmas morning.
Need it BEFORE December 24th? Please make a note in order comments with the date you need to receive your order, and please upgrade your shipping to ensure your order is expedited.

General Shipping Notes
*** Due to circumstances beyond our control, the US Postal Service, our Standard Shipping method, may experience delivery delays at peak times, such as the holiday season. Please upgrade your shipping for any orders that are critical or time-sensitive.***
* Shipping estimates do not include the day the order is shipped.
* If you need 1 or 2 day delivery on Saturday, please call us with specific Saturday instructions. An additional Saturday delivery charge may apply.
* We ship via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx within the 48 continental states. If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address, we will always use the US Postal Service to ship your order. At this time, Swiss Knife Shop does NOT ship internationally.
* Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a single order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each shipping destination.
* Be sure that ship-to addresses are accurate and complete (and include an apartment or unit number, if applicable). Orders that are returned to us may incur a $10 fee for re-shipment to corrected address.
* All orders of $20 or more have the option of free shipping year-round, but this shipping method is NOT time-definite.

No Hassle 90 Day Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your product purchase.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Swiss Knife Shop. Most items can be easily exchanged or returned, provided they are not engraved, and are returned in a re-salable and unused condition (including box, manuals, and other accessories).
If you have received your order and would like to make a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase, contact our customer service department for assistance in facilitating the return or exchange.
Complete return instructions are below.
PLEASE NOTE: For a full refund or credit, items must be returned in re-saleable condition, including all parts and with the original product packaging intact. Items returned with missing parts or not in original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
Sorry, but we cannot take returns on engraved items unless we have made an error in the engraving.
Return and Exchange Instructions
1. For all returns and exchanges, please contact Swiss Knife Shop by phone or email before sending your package.
2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label.
3. Follow the return or exchange instructions in the email that we send you, being sure to write the RMA on the outside of the parcel you are returning to us.
4. Swiss Knife Shop will process your return in 3-5 business days after receipt of your parcel, and will immediately process a credit to your credit card.
PLEASE NOTE: A merchandise refund credit can take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) and process the refund, taking into account the time it takes your bank to finalize the credit to your account.
Returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside of the parcel will be returned to sender.
